Yes but you will have to do some configuring on the routers settings.

Honestly it would just be easier to buy a new network switch for under 20 USD or go on ebay and buy one for even cheaper.

Look at how do I run my router as a AP. The method is the same just turn off the wifi radios.
If the ports are only 10/100 it may not be worth the effort. You can get 5 port 10/100 switches for under $10 and 10/100/1000 for $20.
