Hey gang!
I'm in a situation which I'm sure some of you have been in and would like your opinions. I just upgraded to 4 gigs of RAM and as we all know XP typically can't utilize all 4 gigs. As of right now, XP only recognizes 3.5 gigs for me. For reference, I am also running a dual core AMD.
Keeping in mind that main use for my computer is video games, would the experts here think i would get better performance sticking with xp pro or switching over to my copy of 64 bit vista (in other words, being able to utilize the full 4 gigs of RAM i have but also running vista which tends to be a memory hog on its own)?
Thanks for your help, this seems to be the forum to come to for this type of stuff.
