Old SSD MLC Toshiba or typical HDD?

Hello, this old MLC SSD is better than typical HDD? I planning use this drive for a new computer, but only for system and a few old games, nothing more... This drive have a more than six years and is for only for SATA II, so... it is not faster than 200mb/s write/read.

Any MLC SSD will be faster than a HDD.

Check the SMART data on the SSD. What does it say the lifespan remaining is? An SSD, even if the sequential transfer is the same as an HDD will still be faster, because there is no rotational delay or seek delay.
