Old SSD to new computer

I am using a Crucial M500 with Windows 7 installed on it. I want to put this SSD in a newer computer that was given to me. I will do a clean install. I'm just wondering if it will still be aligned or will I have to do anything to make sure it's aligned? ( SSD is only about 6 months old and working great in the old machine. I just want to us the newer one, and get rid of some junk programs)

You sacrifice performance if it isn't aligned properly. I'm no expert (that's why I'm here) but you can "google" why align SSD and get a better answer than I can give, or one of the experts here can tell BOTH of us. 😉
