Old ssd to new laptop

Hi All

My current laptop is heating so i replaced my hdd with new ssd with vloning but its not solving the problem

If i buy a new laptop with dos or any os and transfer old cloned ssd into new laptop will that work or is it ok to transfer ssd with windows 10 into new laptop.

Yes, as long as SSD's connection is same and works with particular laptop you can use it directly but you may have to use Activation Assistant in W10 to reactivate it on new machine. W10 activation is tied to MB and your MS account and is linked to your Digital entitlement on MS server. You could have some problems with drivers for your new laptop and it may not BOOT in it. In that case you could do clean install of W10 and sign in with your MS account.

Here is a little steps that I did and for your answer its yes it will work.

I have already copied my hdd to my ssd but I recreated that same process to do a copy of the ssd to the hdd for everybody else. If you have any question you can always reply back to my youtube channel on the video
