So I have a question about putting in my old SSD into my computer. I bought a new 1tb M.2 and just took my old ssd out without deleting anything off of it. I put windows and everything onto my new M.2.

My question is can I plug my old ssd into my motherboard even tho it still has windows on it and all of my other files that I didn’t delete after I bought the new one? I’m not sure if I explained it well enough but I’d appreciate any help

Yes, it will work. Just have to make sure the boot order is correct in the BIOS.

Installed applications and the like won't be useable from the other drive. Best to recover the files and folders you want, copy them to your new drive, then wipe the old drive and put the folders back on to the old drive.
