Hello, i ran x64 Linux OS on described laptop,
i want to update BIOS, because i cannot run x64 VirtualMachine on Oracle VB,

How can i update bios?
here is a webpage from Toshiba/Dynabook webside with BIOS releases

but it is only for MS products

Looking at the link:

WinRAR self-extracting ZIP file includes both Windows-based and diskette based BIOS update installation options. See the included documentation for details.

So it looks like the BIOS file is available, and doesn't have to be run inside Windows - should be able to load on a disk or USB and update from within the BIOS....

Your CPU doesn't support Intel Virtualization Technology. Don't you require VT-x to run virtual machines? A BIOS update won't change that.
