Question Old Toshiba laptop

I found my dad’a old Toshiba portege 7220CTe. It won’t let me into the system and the user password doesn’t work. From what I gathered it’s the bios password. I can’t enter the boot menu, so the recovery disk can’t help me. I also don’t have an lpt port, so the parallel loop back plug won’t work either. What else can I try?

If it is the BIOS pwd, there's nothing we out here can do for you.
