Question Old Verbatim HDD shown in 2 different devices

Hi, i've got a problem with my Verbatim HDD, it's a 3TB disk ( Verbatim 047673-93).
When i connect it to a pc, its recognized as 2 different devices, one 2TB disk and one 746 GB.
The disk is GPT formatted, and there are no partitions.

I found some guide that said i have to run the StartPC.exe and change the mode to single device.
But i can't find the program.

It should be in the root, but the disk is old, and it was formatted and overwritten more times.

Please help.

Where does it show like that ? BIOS, Device manager ?

It show in disk manager, and Diskpart on CMD
