Well, i have a friend, who is buying a new PC. I told him that its the best to go with a new system, beacuse all warranty stuff and of course for PC to be able to game at 1080p, and of course the PC he would get would be way better than second PC, advised by another one of his friends. The problem is, that he advised to go for an used workstation. I am just trying to convince that guy that if he really wants to get a nice PC at the moment, he should go for new one. About price, he has 19% discount on each of those builds. So, here are both builds:
