I've an older computer but I want to upgrade it. Thing is that I also would need a new PSU to run the GTX 1060. My specs:
Processor
AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics

Video Card
Radeon HD 7560D

RAM
10 GB
and my PSU i believe only runs about 300w. I would need a 450 one at least to run the GTX 1060. Will I need further upgrades other than a new PSU to actually run the GTX 1060?
If you need additional info just tell me

That CPU would not keep up with a GTX 1060. You would need at least an i3 6100, to handle that card. You are correct that a PSU upgrade is needed. A CX450M would be a good pick.
No problem running with this card with the A8. The A8 will limit you, but you will get a ton of value from the 1060, and you can later upgrde your system with new CPU or new MB, CPU, memory.

Post the brand of your Power Supply (PSU) or say it's a prebuilt PC from dell or... A good 300 W PSU will run your PC. But replace the PSU unless it is a top tier PSU with a 400-500W PSU.

A8-5500 is a 65 Watt part, less now that you are not using the integrated video.
GTX 1060 is a 120W part, but count it as 150W in case of overclocking.

Total PC draw about 200-250W. A good 300 will drive it, a bad 300W will fail.
