Older Intel CPU stock cooler compatibility (PLGA775)

I have an old Pentium 4 630 with its stock cooler (PLGA775 socket) and I want to upgrade it to an Intel Pentium Core2Duo E6600 (PLGA775 socket as well).

I can find a used E6600 alone for 10€ and for 15€ with an Intel stock cooler included.

Will the cooler from the old Pentium 4 630 fit and work adequately or should I go for the cooler as well?

This is an old PC that is mainly used for lightweight browsing.
