Oldest Graphics card that will work with Windows 10?

My PC has a PCI port and my other PC has a AGP port. What is the oldest GPU that will work with Windows 10? Even if I can't test it out I'd like to know out of interest.

In theory any PCI or AGP GPU should work with Windows 10 using Windows built in drivers, however their specific drivers will likely not work with Windows 10. Win 10 only needs a 1ghz 32 bit processor and 1gb of ram to run so the range of machines it should work on in theory is fairly high. As for how useable it is thats a different story.
