Oldest pc system, that fully supports windows 10?

I wanna ask what older pc runs windows 10 fine, no problem with drivers, features and etc. Windows 7 become outdated in few years, so i'm looking something newer, but used that can runs windows 10 fine. Also I have laptop vostro 3750 with i5, and wanna ask can I go for windows 10, or better stay with windows 7?

I run an Asus Dual2Core Quad 8600 on a P2EQ board.. no issues slow but no issues.
I run a Dell laptop E2100 or something like it a work Laptop... dual core 2gb ram really old., and it runs better on Win 10 than on Win 7
give it a try, see if it installs, and runs.. if not you can always go to windows 7
