OK, it's not in the least bit serious, but ...

What's the best bit of Olympic banter that's cropped up in Dip. games in the
last two weeks? Surely there is huge mileage in the success of the Turkish
weightlifting team (just how heavy is a Juggernaut?), or the French fencers
(masters of the stab). My personal favourite, that I used, was Germany's
gold in the women's trampolining. Just where will Anna Dogodnaze bounce
next, that was my question - the Belgian championships, the Burgundy Grand
Prix, or even the high-altitude event in Tyrolia?

Will be interesting to see if Michael Phelps' bid for 18 medals by Fall
'08 can be pulled off ... not sure if Baltimore-Beijing is a legitimate
move in Standard though.
