I haven't bothered. I have loaded the standard software, but don't use it.

I haven't heard of any camera that comes with decent software.

Not to my experience. It's far better to use any of other programs, like
Paint Sop Pro, Adobe Photoshop etc...All these programs will do same job
much better, and additionally will do even more (various filters etc..) than
camedia. This camedia is really just a very basic stuff. And if you want to
make panoramas, it's far better to use something else, like panorama
factory, which will let you to make panoramas with shots, made in
non-panorama mode, so you can even use flash, which is impossible in
panorama mode. And lots of options, too.
