Question On 1680x1050 will it bottleneck? i5-3470+ RX 580 (4GB)

My monitor is max resolution (1680x1050) I'm wondering if there's a CPU bottleneck

PC specs:
CPU: i5-3470 / 3.2Ghz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600mhz
GPU: Asus dual series RX 580 OC 4GB

I'm concerned about the make and model of the PSU and it's age at this point seeing how you still have a i5-3470. For that resolution you should be fine but why on Earth will you want to run an RX 580 at that resolution, it's more of a high end 1080p GPU.

PSU: Thermaltake TR2 Series 500W 80 PLUS Bronze (didn't get it yet)
I don't wanna change my motherboard to have an advanced CPU gen. It's currently intel_DH61BF with a normal intex case. I tried to fit the RX 580 on the case and found it pretty good.

Oh sorry I didn't mention that I want to upgrade my pc GT 710 2gb to RX 580 4gb.
