ON and OFF

So I just built my first PC, I looked up a video on how to put it together and put everything where it's supposed to go. So I tried to turn it on and when I did the thing actually turned on. But the excitement only lasted 3 seconds. The PC then continued to turn on and off by it'self until I finally flipped the switch on the PSI.

This is my build:

Gigabyte B250M-D3H
Seasonic S12 520w
Western Digital 1TB HDD
SanDisk 240GB SAD
EVGA 1050ti SC 4GB
Intel i5 7600k 3.8HZ

9 times out of 10 when that happened to me it was because I made a mistake with the front panel connectors.
They are so tiny it's easy to screw up.
