My mobd has no vga port so how can i use on board graphics ???

If your motherboard has no display port, I doubt the CPU that goes on it has an IGP. Nearly all motherboards for platforms that support IGPs feature at least one video output port. Most exceptions are high-end boards where people aren't expected to use the IGP and the extra space gets used to cram extra on-board features like IO plate power/reset button, extra USB ports, on-board WiFi, etc.

He said VGA port so that leaves the possibility it has HDMI or other. I'm trying to find out exactly what he has.
