Question On fullscreen application screen goes black time to time

Hey, just build my new PC, installed Windows and all the drivers, and now I'm facing the following problem.

My screen goes black when opening a full screen application.
Windowed on the same applications don't give any problems.
What to do?

AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Wraith Boxed
ASRock B450M Pro4
Gigabyte Radeon RX 590 GAMING 8G (rev. 2.0)

Kingston A2000 500GB

could be psu or gpu

Is it a bad item? Going to try my brothers rx560 later this weekend.

Anything else I can do to troubleshoot?

the psu is lowend. and the gpu is power hunger y

I am trying my brothers RX 560 atm.
This card does not have a connection for extra power.
Same thing happens as with the RX 590.

Can it be something else?

Been playing some Apex legends for like 1 hour on the rx590 windowed mode. Nothing wrong happening, temp max was like 72 degrees. Is it weird it only happens when the games are on fullscreen? Would it be a software problem?

update the bios? check cpu/gpu temp?

Bios came with newest, 3.60
Gpu max temp got to 72 C
Cpu 40 C

Solved.
The problem doesn't occur when freesync is off
