Question On my brand new computer, the gpu fans will spin upon startup, then they'll start and not stop within the next 5 minutes everything will freeze.

(Rx 580) I'm trying to download drivers, but my computer freezes before I can. Any ideas? Do I need to buy a new gpu?

I've also gotten clock watchdog timeout error codes twice, but I think it's a result of whatever is going on...
