On-screen poing up in destop every time you log in

Hi,guys
I need some help with the on-screen keyboard because every time I log in to my desktop
it appears, it's very annoying, this happened when one day I used it, ever since it has always been there
please help!
Before I forget I'm using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

Go to the EASE OF ACCESS CENTER in the control panel

Click on the on screen keyboard.

Now look for the options button on the bottom right of the keyboard itself. Here in the options you will see a underlined control how my keyboard displays during startup.

Click on that and then unselect the check box that will start this service up.
