Question On startup, why is BIOS taking 383.5 seconds to clear?

I recently updated some of my pc parts: 2070 super, better power supply, 3600mhz ram. Several months before this, I got a Crucial P1 m.2 NVMe and loved it. Boot times were very quick, no issues. After I installed the components listed above, apparently something happened, and it's consistently taking between 6 and 7 MINUTES to clear BIOS, evidence in Task Manager. I've coped with this out of laziness for a couple months now, but I'm feeling productive, and have no idea what to try. Any ideas? Once I boot up, everything works perfectly fine as well.

I can list any specific components if it makes a difference.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

Did you clear out your cmos memory? Newer MB's have dual bios's and such, so when making major changes - RAM - you should reset bios.
What happens when XMP is off?

Was the RAM on your motherboards QVL for compatible memory and speeds?
