Greetings. I'm tempted to upgrade my PC's case (it's my first build), and would just like some thoughts on whether it'd be a worthwhile move. My current build is this, with 6 case fans.

There are a few reasons I'm interested in getting a new case. One of the simple and lesser reasons is that the Spec-02's looks have worn off of me (I know, that can happen regardless, just getting out of the way). I've also taken it apart a few times to add case fans, reinstall the heatsink (more on that in a bit) and improve the cable management, which is another reason I'd like to upgrade the case: as a first-timer, building inside of the Spec-02 felt more difficult than it needed to be. I can definitely see myself making incremental upgrades over time, and I'd like a more user-friendly case for when it comes time to do so. That and if I decided to get, for instance, a beefier cooling system down the line, the Spec-02 won't be terribly compatible, since options like watercooling with 240mm radiators and the Noctua NH-D15 would be out of the question.
I've also found my thermals to be a bit unsatisfactory, since even with 1.2V and after multiple heatsink re-seats, the CPU can get quite warm; even with an aggressive fan curve one core hits the mid-high 70s rather frequently (the others almost always stay under 70, however) during stress tests. I think part of that is because there's barely any front airflow for the heatsink, since I have an optical drive installed at the top (I know I'll have to part with it), and just from the outside looking in I can tell even the topmost fan barely grazes the bottom of the H7's fan.
That's basically the brunt of my reasons for thinking about getting a new case. If I were to get one, I'd probably pick the Fractal Design Meshify C. But I'd also like to get your opinions. Would a case upgrade like what I'm thinking about be worthwhile, or would you recommend saving or putting the money towards something else? If you think a new case would be worthwhile, would you suggest anything besides the Meshify C? Big thanks ahead of time!
