On the search of a new system

I wish to buy a very basic system: 4 GB ram, 500 GB - 1 TB HDD, a basic graphic card, a reasonable mother board, etc. but I don't have any idea what to go for. The system I was checking out was Lenovo H520s. Does anybody have any suggestion? It would be very nice to get some inputs as I am not that much tech savvy. Thank you.

Lenovos & HPs are the two best companies to buy PCs from, as they are reliable, well built, and have good customer service.

All of these sound pretty good, some are i3s and others are AMD APUs, which are still pretty good.
