8 GB of RAM.

1920x1080 res.

So what graphical setting could I run BF3 at?

I think you could run it at med-high settings. You have a good graphics card.

It will scan your machine and tell you how well a game will run.

for multiplayer you should run high textures. medium detail/mesh and low everything else.
you should then manage 60 fps at 16/10 or less.
