[SOLVED] On which motherboard should I install Xeon E3-1230 v2 on?

I have 2 old h61 motherboards:

1. Intel DH61WW
2. Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3 (rev. 1.0)

Is there any advantages for installing a Xeon E3-1230 V2 on one over the other? I think the only difference is that the Intel supports 1600Mhz RAM (I have 1333Mhz anyway)

Only the Intel DH61WW lists the Xeon on the CPU compatibility list, board needs to be on bios 42 or newer to run the CPU.

I heard Gigabyte boards also support it without official listings, I'll check it when it arrives
