on which settings should i run gta 4??

Hey i have amd a8-4500m,7640g+7670m hd graphics (dual graphics disabled), 4gb ram,windows 8.1. In which settings should i run gta 4 and also tell the view distance, detail distance, vehicle density etc everything in which should i run??

Not sure, since GTA 4 runs like crap no matter what I do. And I have two R9 270's CrossFire'd.

Honestly, just tweak it until it works for you. You're basically asking for things that are subjective, not to mention that your system is unique with several different graphics options available, so it'd be hard to pinpoint what you should set things to...

I just can't figure out at which settings should i run and also the commandline i dunno which to put and which not to... I need serious help please!!!

I mean, just run everything at low to begin with, then work up to whatever framerate is comfortable for you. It's that simple, and subjective. There's really nothing else to it. The command line shouldn't really have anything to do with your graphical settings.

When i turn in shadows it starts to lag heavily. Do you know which commandline would be useful for me??? . I know it's a bad port before it was not stuttering but now it has started to stutter....
