Onboard Graphics for a Low Res Monitor

I have a gtx 1080 running 3 monitors and I was looking to have a small monitor on my desk to use as a touch screen. This is the one I’m looking at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H04GENA
I was wondering if I could run this monitor using onboard graphics so I don’t have to use another port on my 1080.

I would say that if your CPU is from 5 years forward it will handle the new monitor with no problem.
