My onboard graphics arent posting to my monitor, is it because i have a dedicated gpu installed or is it something else? And I've already cleared cmos.

Solution
start adding up devices again one by one to see what is the faulty. Well the speaker if something is wrong, will beep in some repeatable code like 3 short beeps then silence 3 short beeps then silence. If you google post beep code you can see what is the problem.
then your display isn't your problem. Use on board graphics and install only the bare minimum which means remove GPU , use one stick of RAM and remove HDD and optical drives and see if it posts. Also a speaker if you have one, would tell you what your problem is.

Okay I removed my hdd and optical drive and 1 stick of ram and it posted, what do you think is the problem in the system

And secondly how does the speaker help me in diagnosing whats broken
