Question Onboard graphics won't work on Gigabyte gaming 7

Hi, this is a build I was using for 3 years but never used the onboard graphics. Since the PC is going to my mom because I am building a new one, she won't be using the GPU but the onboard graphics.
I tried everything with the options in bios, unplugging the GPU and still nothing. I set the bios graphics priority to igx or ifx(don't remember) but still nothing. I have also enabled onboard graphics in the bios.

Also, I just updated my BIOS and installed newest intel graphics drivers since I found this in the manual:
Integrated Graphics Processor+MegaChips MCDP2800 chip: - 1 x HDMI port, supporting a maximum resolution of 4096x2160@60 Hz * Support for HDMI 2.0 v

My monitor works fine since when I connect it with display port or hdmi, it works fine with the GPU.
