Question Onboard LAN and some USB ports stopped working on my Asus Z87-WS motherboard.

As the title says both LAN ports and some USB ports stopped working on my Asus Z87-WS motherboard. I tried clearing the Cmos and checking the bios for something out of place but, that didn't solved the issue. I was hoping that somebody here with more experience has a better solution than me. Thanks in advance for any help.
