Onboard Sound Makes Whirring/Buzzing Noise

I built my computer 3-4 weeks ago, and the onboard sound has been making a slight buzzing noise almost from the start I guess. I have the latest drivers, I believe. I notice the noise changes/gets a little louder/annoying when I'm playing a game or if I'm stressing my computer more. Maybe the cpu is interferring with the sound somehow? I don't know how to rectify that, if it is though.

Does anyone have any ideas?

try updating your bios

and disable any other sound settings(their might be if you have a nvidia card installed)

if nothing works it may be the mobo
