Once mirrord drives unable to be re-mirrored

I had to reset my windows which in addition to other drives had two mirrored ones. After the reset, I'm unable to re-mirror the drives or use/backup the data on them. All but the help options are blurred out when right-clicking. If I click on the drive icon to the right I can make a dynamic disk, see properties or help. The disks are Dsik 0 and Disk 4.

1) Resetting windows was the worst thing you could have done without a backup first.
2) The Storage Spaces volume I have not worked with but from what I have looked up you need to run data recovery on it but again I don't know as I have not worked with it.
3) If you can't access the data you have to use diskpart to wipe the drives in order to re-raid them.

Going forward, after resolving this situation, please establish and continue a routine backup process onto external media.
