[SOLVED] One 6+2pin cable vs two 6-pin cables to power rx480.

Got a Seasonic Focus GX-550. PSU's manufacturer recommends using two separate PCI-e cables to power GPUs . Currently I don't have a 6+6 to 8 pins adapter to allow me to plug in two cables at once, It was powered this way with the old PSU though, but the adapter is gone. Am I safe with just one 6+2 pins cable for this gpu?

absolutely 100% safe using the 6+2 for the card. it is designed to provide the power needed and can easily handle it.
