So, I find no fix for my problem now. Can't use dual channel on my motherboard and only works if I use single channel, which is using only one ram stick. Currently running with single 4gb ram right now, and since dual channel is out of the question I wonder if I just use one 8gb ram instead?
I know it doesn't gave much performance as using 2x4gb ram, but I really want 8gb of ram and I assume it can atleast give more performance than a single 4gb ram.

You won't feel a difference between dual and single in everyday computer use or FPS drop in games. It affects loading times but only marginally. Yes dual it's somewhat faster in benchmarks, but definitely 8 GB will give you more room for performance than 4 GB.

So I'm good to go then?

Yes. Just make sure that your motherboard supports 8 GB of RAM per slot.
And concerning dual channel problem, did you try to use other sticks of RAM, maybe is just your sticks of RAM which is incompatible?

Both stick are compatible. Tested both on the working slot.
