Question one beep after first beep

I get a beep around 5 seconds after the initial beep, it happens while windows is initializing, then the screen goes black or freezes on login, it doesn't always happen and after it boots succesfully everthing works fine.
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450m Ds3h
Processor: AMD Ryzen7 3700x
RAM: 2x Corsair 8gb 3200
Video Card: Gigabyte Rx5600 xt

Look up the beep codes for your motherboard. Also turn off the logo when it boots so you can see what’s happening after it posts

Thanks for answering! Just did that, the screen remains black until it shows the login screen, I also enabled the boot log and there are a some drivers that are not loaded repeatedly. I'll write them if they are of importance.

I reseated the RAM sticks and got 3 beep (3 short beep ：basic memory 64K address check error), but then i restarted and got one beep, then the cpu fan stops while black screen and then one beep and log in screen. I genuinely have no idea what's going on
