One branded PSU or 2 cheap PSU?

Hello,

I came across this website, http://www.burningissues.net/how_to/power/psu.htm and the author seems to claim that using 2 cheap PSUs is somewhat better than one branded PSU, and it's cheaper.

So what are the difference between the two choices and which is better? In my opinion I should invest in branded quality PSU for stability rather than a dual cheap PSUs.

get a proper branded PSU with a decent Amp rating on the 12v line, an Antec, Enermax, OCZ, Tagen. are just a few out there that i would recommend.
