one day i opened my laptop and removed hdd and started laptop normally but there was some sound coming out of it so i again opened the laptop removed hdd and again installed but thius time when i started the laptop it showed error and windows went under automatic repair.... but nothin happened .....then i tried installing fresh windows but while installing it gave disk I/O error and said windows setup couldnt format the disk

Sounds like a bad hard drive, need to replace it and install Windows on that. Maybe a motherboard issue but that is a lot rarer as the cause for this.

A lot of different ones, no video, hard drive not being seen, random reboots.

I would not bother checking anything else untill you try a new hard drive though.
