One day, my FPS just dropped

Hey guys,

I was in a support chat once because I kept getting kicked out of Overwatch saying that I had lost connection to the server. But when I was in the support chat, he suggested me to do the (Windows, R > msconfig) suggestion. This suggestion restarted my laptop. And when it had restarted, I realised everything was much slower. I went into a game of League of Legends and noticed that my FPS had dropped to 07 FPS. Before the (Windows, R > msconfig) suggestion, I had at least 120 FPS in game. Although I had Razer Cortex in the background helping my FPS, but Razer Cortex was installed before the (Windows, R > msconfig) suggestion that restarted my laptop.

Any suggestions on how to undo this or fix this?

Can you undo whatever support had you do in those screens or have you forgotten?
