[SOLVED] One drive for work. One drive for gaming? or what??

Freddy Ruger here, thanks in advance for the advice. I have a 1TB M.2 and a 1/2 TB M.2, on my machine. I will be using my newly built PC for work and gaming so should I put windows on both and use the 1 TB for gaming and the other for work or is there a better option. My work is not storage heavy and I keep my gaming to only 3 or 4 games installed on my machine at a time so I do not really need a drive just to store files. I also have a laptop with a 2 TB HDD if I need a storage drive and want to make the most of what I have. What do all you experts out there think?

Will my games run as fast and my programs as well all on the same drive based on my storage needs or should I separate them?

You can install your games on the second drive. You don't need second windows for that.
