[SOLVED] One fan not spinning

I recently just got ym uphere 120mm rgb fans to work with aura sync, after I got aura sync working one fan no longer spin but the other 4 do.

Fan probably is broken. I have heard of this with the uphere brand.

But here are some steps to try:
Make sure its plugged in. Try setting max speed in bios. Also, try flicking the fan to see if it starts spinning.
