So here's my issue,I just bought a new fan,and I tried screwing the screws in.
The thing is,3 screws go in perfectly whilst 1 screw at the top right of the fan doesn't,it's driving me nuts and I wonder what to do,I tried using glue to stick it in,but that's not a proper solution.
My question is,will the 3 other screws hold the fan without a problem? or can it damage the fan?
I need a real answer here,thanks guys!

It won't cause any damage but may lead to a little noise if the fan lacks any anti vibration pads or mountings.

Is it that the fan holes don't line up or the screw seems too tight?

If it's tight try opening the hole out a little with a drill, remove the fan and test this on the side of the frame you're not using or you could oversize the hole you need too much and lose it altogether.
Alternatively remove the fan and wind the screw in until it gets tight, back off 1/4 turn then tighten, back off, tighten...You'll gradually be able to run the screw fully home this way but it'll take a little time.
If you have any spare fan screws laying around try one of them, despite being 'standardised' parts there is some variation in diameter just a few hundredths of a millimetre smaller can make quite a difference if the hole itself is on the small side of the spec.

I think that specific screw hole is just too big for the screw to twist in properly.
It goes all the way in,but when I try to twist it it just keeps on twisting with no luck,it doesn't get tighter as I twist it..
The glue holds it a bit but I don't know..
My bad it's actually a nail not a screw.

Well I don't know the exact name of those but I've used this type to install the fan:
https://www.google.co.il/search?hl=iw&site=imghp&tbm=isch&source=hp&biw=1920&bih=955&q=nail+screw&oq=nail+screw&gs_l=img.3..0i19k1l3j0i30i19k1l2j0i5i10i30i19k1j0i8i30i19k1l4.524.5472.0.5781.16.13.2.1.2.0.181.1477.0j10.10.0....0...1ac.1.64.img..3.13.1487...0.Rz7O90AAGWc#imgrc=N23vi-C71B3tQM%3A

It fits well, and It's the same one used to install the other fans in my pc when I got it,the store used those to install them..
By the way, will this cause noise from the fan? because the fan I have is pretty quiet:
Arctic F12 PWM CO 12cm case fan

Because I'm trying to install another front intake fan,and the other front fan that's already installed is using that..
Small screws just don't fit, this case was different if I was installing a fan in the back, which is already installed with small screws..I think it's just how the case it built..

By the way you think I can use a strong insulating tape instead of doing nothing? will it be okay?
