One Front USB 3.0 ports not working

Hi, I've just built my first computer and one of the front usb 3.0 ports doesn't work. The right one works perfectly fine but the one on the left doesn't work at all. It doesn't even recognise that anything has been plugged in. If anybody has a solution or knows what the problem is, a response would be much appreciated. Thanks

What is your case model? Double check all front panel connections.

If it doesn't work: I'd just use the usb connectors at the back of the case.

I'm using an NZXT S340 Elite. The USB 3 header is definitely plugged in. I could use plugs st the back but it really annoys me that it doesn't work because it's all brand new and then there's just one problem with it
