[SOLVED] One gpu fan doesn’t spin as well as the other

Hi,

I have an rx 580 and when running the second fan had a ticking noise when spinning then it would stop (repeating this), maybe this is a motor in the fan that’s gone? The other one spins continuously with one flick however this stops after a second, I took it apart and it still does this in my hand

Any ideas?
