I have MSI GTX 670 twin frozr and only one Fan is spinning, i have tried MSI afterburner but also one is spinning also tried FurMark with stress test and the gpu reaches 90 C and only one fan is spinning.
i have disconnected the Graphic card and test the header of the fans. i noticed that they are connected in parrallel and only the green cable with is to read the rpm is for the first fan which is not spinning. when i make 3-12 Volts on the header both fans are running correctly !!! i have tried everything possible but no problem in the connections or wire cut. the 2 fans are only working on my power supply but not in the real time on pc. i have noticed also that the 2 fans are running together only in the first 1 second from the boot then the first fan stops!!
