One handed keyboard for illustrator/graphic designer?

I'm looking for a small (ideally wireless) one-handed keyboard I can use with my left-hand, while using my Wacom tablet with my right hand. I would mainly be using the keyboard for shortcuts in graphics programs like Mangastudio, Photoshop, GIMP, etc. Occasionally, I might use it to type a quick email or do an internet search.

I'll still use my main keyboard for big stuff. However, it's hard to fit both my current keyboard (Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000) and my Wacom tablet on my desk at the same time. It makes using keyboard shortcuts really awkward.

I was thinking about just getting a small bluetooth full qwerty keyboard. Then I noticed a bunch of small one-handed keyboards/game pads designed for PC gaming. It seems like getting something like this could be good, since I could always keep my left hand on my keyboard and my right on my tablet - this could make my workflow very ergonomic and fast. I don't mind learning a new keyboard layout (especially if its a somewhat standardized one-handed layout), but I want to be able to access all (or at least most) of the keys I can use on a full qwerty.

Can anyone recommend good one-handed keyboards for something like this? Has anyone tried using one-handed keyboards like this? Are there reasons why this wouldn't work and I would be better off just getting a small full qwerty keyboard? For example, I don't want to get a keyboard where I couldn't do certain key combinations.

Thanks.

Thanks. The Youtube video helped a lot too.

I was hoping there was a standard one-handed keyboard that allowed typing for all the same keys on a standard QWERTY. Unfortunately, I haven't found anything and it doesn't look there is any hard standard for one-handed keyboards.

I could always just hack the $#%@ out of something like the Razer. Figure out a way to get shortcuts and a full keyboard. Seems like an interesting project. The Razer is a little pricey, but I see some alternatives around the $60 range.
