One Hard Drive Seen As Multiple Drives

[Help Plz]

I recently took apart an old laptop, and found an old Toshiba 300Gb hard drive. I decided to clear the hard drive so that it could be used, so I did with CCleaner's Drive Wiper tool. However, before I cleared it it was set up to show up as multiple drives in My Computer, and after I cleared it, it still shows up as multiple drives. How can I make it appear as a single drive?

You have to format the drive and take out the old partitions.

go to control panel, adminstrative tools, computer management, disk management, delete all the partitions on the hdd and create a single one.
careful not to delete the current hdd, look for one that says something like that toshiba.
