"Input Club asked for, and was granted, a license-back deal that would allow it to sell the switches directly to end users."

Not really sure why Massdrop got upset if Input Club was granted a license to sell Halo switches. Or was Massdrop under the impression that "directly to end users" didn't mean "in a keyboard"?

Well that's the major point of contention between the two. What did that language actually mean? They obviously disagree on that.

Its fault of both companies lawyers for making such poor contracts. Input Club isnt violating its contract, but its certainly a dick move to start that kickstarter to bypass that contract.
