One of my drives doesn't appear

Hello.....
I have 2 separate hard disks.....One is 320GB and the other one is 250GB (both from Samsung SATA)...
But I noticed that one of my hard drives does not show in "Computer".....But, in "Disk Management" i found all of my drives.....
250GB (125gb+107gb).....125gb is not found in "Computer".....
It was working properly earlier....

System:
MSI h110m pro vd d3
G4400
8gb ddr3 RAM
320gb+250gb HDD

Pls..Help me.....looking forward to having a good solution.....

go into disk management and assign the new drive a letter, the it will show up in my computer
